( وَمِمَّنْ خَلَقْنَا أُمَّةٌ ) (And among those We created is a community): Many people follow guidance and guide others. Why does Allah (swt)  say (community)? Because the perfect attributes of Allah’s Way of Guidance require a community to encompass and implement them all. There are those who are distinguished by generosity, some by patience, and others by bravery or intelligence.

( يَهْدُونَ بِالْحَقِّ وَبِهِ يَعْدِلُونَ ) (which guides by truth and thereby establishes justice): The Earth is never devoid of guided individuals, those who adhere to justice, and their sense of justice stems from the truth. The truth is the constant fact that does not change.

 وَبِالْحَقِّ أَنزَلْنَاهُ وَبِالْحَقِّ نَزَلَ ۗ وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا مُبَشِّرًا وَنَذِيرًا 

(And with the truth We have sent the Qur’an down, and with the truth it has descended) (Al-Israa: 105)
