( وَإِن كَانَ طَائِفَةٌ مِّنكُمْ آمَنُوا بِالَّذِي أُرْسِلْتُ بِهِ ) (And if there should be a group among you who has believed in that with which I have been sent): There is a group from the people of Madyan who believed and followed Prophet Shu’ayb (PBUH).

( وَطَائِفَةٌ لَّمْ يُؤْمِنُوا فَاصْبِرُوا ) (and a group that has not believed, then be patient): Be patient for what? The answer is:

( حَتَّىٰ يَحْكُمَ اللَّهُ بَيْنَنَا) (then be patient until Allah judges between us): Until Allah (swt) judges between them.

( وَهُوَ خَيْرُ الْحَاكِمِينَ ) (between us. And He is the best of judges): It is as if he is promising them of a grave punishment to come.
