(…لَا جَرَمَ) (Assuredly…): Scientists have various explanations about this phrase. Generally, it means a definite and established truth. When Allah (swt) says:

 … لَا جَرَمَ أَنَّ لَهُمُ النَّارَ…

(Assuredly, they will have the Fire…) (An-Nahl :62)

It means that they will earn the Hellfire truly and certainly, as a result of their actions. This verse of study, means that there is no doubt in Allah’s statement that they are the losers in the Hereafter, and nothing can prevent that from happening. They will definitely receive this warning.
