(202) - (But their brothers - the devils increase them in error; then they do not stop short.)

Temptation comes from the followers of the devils and from what other human beings might whisper, as Allah (swt) says:

(( 1 ) Say, “I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, ( 2 ) The Sovereign of mankind. ( 3 ) The God of mankind, ( 4 ) From the evil of the retreating whisperer – ( 5 ) Who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind – ( 6 ) From among the jinn and mankind.”) (An-Naas)

( ثُمَّ لَا يُقْصِرُونَ ) (then they do not stop short): They do not spare any effort to distance people from righteousness and to entice them with evil. Therefore, it is an alliance of evil between the devils of humans and the devils of the jinn.
