(200) - (And if an evil suggestion comes to you from Satan, then seek refuge in Allah. Indeed, He is Hearing and Knowing.)

( وَإِمَّا يَنزَغَنَّكَ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ نَزْغٌ) (And if an evil suggestion comes to you from Satan): The (evil suggestion) is like a sting from the devil. Allah (swt) presents to us next what we should do when this happens to us.

( فَاسْتَعِذْ بِاللَّهِ) (then seek refuge in Allah): The seeking of refuge is a request for assistance and protection from Allah (swt). The person should seek help from Allah (swt) in the face of the devil’s insinuations to ward off these whispers from him.

( إِنَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ ) (Indeed, He is Hearing and Knowing): Allah (swt) hears everything that happens and knows everything that is occurring and will occur. Human beings should rest assured, for when a whisper or insinuation from the devil comes to them, they should seek refuge in Allah (swt). Satan enters through whispers and insinuations, so it is incumbent upon humans to seek refuge, seek assistance, and seek protection from Allah (swt).
