All these multitudes of false magicians prostrated. It’s as if they were made to prostrate by someone and not on their own accord. They were indeed magicians, understanding the art of magic, however, when faced with the greatness of what Prophet Moses (PBUH) had done by casting his staff and nullifying the magic’s effects, they believed that this was a clear sign and a miracle from Allah (swt). They believed in Prophet Moses’ (swt) honesty, and thus, they prostrated to Allah (swt), the Lord of all worlds.
