( قَالَ الْمَلَأُ مِن قَوْمِ فِرْعَوْنَ ) (Said the eminent among the people of Pharaoh ): At times, Pharao’s speaks and at other times, the assembly are saying. The Holy Quran describes all of these scenes.

(إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَسَاحِرٌ عَلِيمٌ) (Indeed, this is a learned magician): They immediately accused him (PBUH) of being a magician.
