الآية رقم (98) - إِلاَّ الْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَاء وَالْوِلْدَانِ لاَ يَسْتَطِيعُونَ حِيلَةً وَلاَ يَهْتَدُونَ سَبِيلاً

(98) - {Except for the oppressed among men, women and children who cannot devise a plan nor are they directed to a way.}
