الآية رقم (17) - اذْهَبْ إِلَى فِرْعَوْنَ إِنَّهُ طَغَى (17) - ("Go to Pharaoh. Indeed, he has transgressed. (17)) طَغَى (transgressed): exceeds the limits by his transgression and oppression.
