( قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ لَيْسَ بِي ضَلَالَةٌ ) ([Noah] said, “O my people, there is not error in me): Prophet Noah (PBUH) answered their claims that he is not misguided.

( وَلَٰكِنِّي رَسُولٌ مِّن رَّبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ) (but I am a messenger from the Lord of the worlds): He told them that he is a Messenger sent from their Lord (swt), the God of all worlds, and that he carries a Message to worship none other than Allah (swt) without associating others with Him (swt), for there is no deity other than Allah (swt), and to clarify to them what is lawful and what is unlawful.
