(3) - (Follow, [O mankind], what has been revealed to you from your Lord and do not follow other than Him any allies. Little do you remember.)

This is about following the Prophet (saws). Allah (swt) says:

(There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day and [who] remembers Allah often.) (Al-Ahzab: 21)

Allah (swt) wants us to follow the footsteps of the Prophet (saws) in everything. In this mentioned verse, using: (in) in the Arabic text refers to a whole not just a part, and this means that everything the Prophet (saws) did is a role-model for us; his morals, his words, his behaviors, his relationship with his wives and companions (may Allah be pleased with them all), and everything else. Allah (swt) says: (There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern). Thus, no one can say that the Prophet (saws) lived in the seventh century and is therefore difficult to follow in our time and age, this is why Allah (swt) says here: (Follow, [O mankind], what has been revealed to you from your Lord).

( وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا مِن دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاءَ) (and do not follow other than Him any allies): We should not follow the human beings but only the best of human beings; the Prophet Mohammad (saws).

(Little do you remember): In another verse, Allah (swt) says:

(And few of My servants are grateful.) (Saba: 13)

A grateful servant is the one who remembers Allah’s blessings. Allah (swt) sent His blessings but many humans are ungrateful, this is why Allah (swt) says: (Little do you remember).
