(41) - Or do they have partners? Then let them bring their partners, if they should be truthful.

Allah (swt) draws their attention by offering a number of questions with different senses. The first question based on logical basis:

(Then will We treat the Muslims like the criminals? (35) What is [the matter] with you? How do you judge?) (Al-Qalam: 35-36)

Then Allah (swt) asks them if they have based their judgement on a Divine Book that revealed to them or any other Divine source, saying:

(Or do you have a scripture in which you learn (37) That indeed for you is whatever you choose?) (Al-Qalam: 37-38)

Then Allah (swt) asks them if their claim is according to an oath received from Him (swt)?:

(Or do you have oaths [binding] upon Us, extending until the Day of Resurrection, that indeed for you is whatever you judge?) (Al-Qalam: 39)

Finally, Allah (swt) asks them if they have partners in what they claim so let them bring their partners to witness that they are really truthful. If they cannot, this proves that they are liars.
